How It Works
Easy Inventory connects to your Etsy shop through the official Etsy API to pull in your listings, orders, and sales data. From there it calculates Etsy fees, tracks your cost of goods, and shows you your actual profit per item and across your shop. You can manage inventory, track shipping costs, and generate performance reports — all without a spreadsheet.

Data Handling
What data we access
Shop listings, sales, receipts, and transaction data via the Etsy API — only for the shop you connect.
How we use it
Solely for your own inventory management, fee calculation, and profit analysis. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the service for you.
Storage & security
Your data is stored securely within your account. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and follow industry-standard security practices.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.
Your controls
You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time. Contact us at support@easyinventory.store to request data deletion.
Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users and Etsy (at dpo@etsy.com) within 24 hours of discovery.
